feat: demo-data parity for databases and cron tab

Adds demoDatabases fixtures (postgres/redis/clickhouse) wired into
/databases?demo=1 and demoCronJobsByService fixtures for the service
Cron tab, so demo mode no longer renders empty sections on the new
surfaces.
