Tomas DvorakandDevin 25e4f676a9 feat: persist scaling policies to Postgres
Adds scaling_policies table and wires the autoscaler: upsert on every
SetScalingPolicy (including delete-as-disable), LoadPolicies hydrates
policies + service states at boot. Persist failures are logged, never
fatal — in-memory state stays authoritative.

Verified live: policy written on POST, survives a full backend restart,
service state re-registers at min_replicas. Also gofmt-fixes the
drifted databases.go struct tags.

Tomas DvorakandDevin f357c7adee feat: service exec console
POST /services/:id/exec runs a one-off sh -c command inside the
service's container via ExecRun (30s ceiling, 64KB output cap), with
the standard service→project ownership check. Console section on the
service detail page submits commands and renders captured output with
exit codes.

Verified live: real exec output, stderr + exit code propagation, 404 on
foreign service, 401 unauthenticated, 400 on empty command.

Tomas DvorakandDevin d5e6bfc40d feat: security center page (/security)
Project-scoped security surface: scan trigger (dependency /
configuration / comprehensive, optional service), security score and
vulnerability metric cards, findings list with severity badges and
resolve/ignore actions, and scan history.

Fixed a latent bug in GET /projects/:id/security/metrics: it selected a
non-existent `score` column (the score lives in the security_scans
summary jsonb), so the endpoint 500'd on every project.

Verified live: comprehensive scan produced 4 real findings (insecure
public URL, curl|sh build, http source, unpinned tag) with score 47;
resolve flow and metrics aggregation confirmed.

Tomas Dvorak 8ecc8dcea5 feat(previews): preview environments UI + fix latent insert bugs
- Service detail gains a Previews section: list, create (branch/PR/TTL),
promote-to-production, delete — all confirmed actions. Verified e2e
  create→list→promote→delete.
- fix: preview create scanned services.type which real services leave NULL
(writes go to service_type); every create 404'd. Now COALESCE(type,
service_type, '') matching the rest of the codebase.
- fix: deployments.version is NOT NULL but three inserts omitted it —
handleCreateDeployment, rollback, and preview promote all failed on any
fresh-install schema. All three now write a version.
- Roadmap notes preview envs are bookkeeping-only; real branch deploy is
  tracked separately.

Tomas Dvorak 07ac54aa05 feat(notifications): persistent notification center
- notifications table (goose migration) + sqlc queries; list with unread
  count, mark-one, mark-all endpoints under /notifications.
- Deployment success/failure now writes a notification row for the owner
(insertUserNotification — best-effort, never breaks the deploy flow).
- Shell bell reads the real persisted feed: unread badge, click-to-read,
mark-all, 30s polling. Replaces the transient builds+audit derivation.

Verified e2e: migration applies clean, list/read/read-all round-trips.

Tomas Dvorak 08d92fb10f feat(backups): scheduled database backups via cron tick
- database_services gains backup_schedule + next_backup_at (goose migration,
  sqlc schema, new queries).
- PUT /databases/:id accepts backup_schedule — validated cron expression,
empty string disables; invalid returns 400.
- Cron scheduler tick now also folds due databases into the existing
  snapshot pipeline (createBackupProcess).
- Databases page backups section gets a schedule row showing current expr
  and next run.
- resolveBackupConfig reports real next_backup/enabled instead of a fake
  last+24h estimate.
- Verified e2e: '* * * * *' produced three consecutive completed archives
containing the seeded payload; invalid schedule rejected.

Tomas Dvorak bcd3a83aa4 feat(backups): archive download endpoint + GitHub App install surfacing
- GET /databases/:id/backups/:bid/download streams the archive out of the
containr-db-backups volume via a stopped utility container and
CopyFromContainer; daemon logs sanitize non-UTF-8 so binary through
container logs was not viable. Verified e2e: byte-identical payload,
  404 missing/cross-user, 401 unauthenticated.
- Settings Git Providers gains an Install GitHub App action that opens the
install_url and completes the installation_id return via connect endpoint.
- ROADMAP: mark both items done with verification evidence.

Tomas DvorakandDevin a1e43524f5 Build real cron engine + service-detail Cron UI
The cron backend was a stub: calculateNextRun returned now+1h for any
input and executeCronJob slept 2s then wrote "success" without running
the command. Now robfig/cron parses and validates schedules (400 on
invalid), a 60s scheduler goroutine executes due enabled jobs, and
commands run via docker exec sh -c inside the service's container with
stdout+stderr captured into cron_executions. Added Client.ExecRun for
attached output capture. UI: Cron tab on the service detail page with
create/edit/enable-toggle, manual Run, and execution history with logs.
Verified e2e against real Postgres + Docker (trigger and scheduler tick
both produce real captured output).

Tomas DvorakandDevin aab785afc1 Add agent onboarding tokens with Usage-page issuance UI
Per-node onboarding tokens replace the placeholder <token> in the agent
connect command: raw cagt_ tokens are returned once at issuance, only
sha256 hashes persist in agent_auth_tokens, and listing exposes metadata
only. Public agent routes accept env-configured shared tokens or any
active DB-issued token; successful validation stamps last_used_at and
revoked tokens are rejected — verified end-to-end against a real stack
(register, heartbeat, revoke → 401, bogus → 401).

Tomas DvorakandDevin 2bfa683084 feat(audit): filterable audit log page under Settings
The audit trail existed only as a summary card — no table, no filters.
The list endpoint was also self-scoped and never returned user_email
(the field existed on the struct but was never selected).

Backend: GET /audit-logs now joins users for email and accepts
user_id / actor (email ILIKE) / since (RFC3339) filters alongside the
existing resource/action/page/limit. Widening past self-scope matches
the platform's no-roles trust model — every authed user can already
create users. RLS on audit_logs is dormant (superuser connection,
app.current_user_id never set).

Frontend: /settings/audit-logs page with deferred filter inputs, time
range select, paginated table (time, actor, resource, action, id, IP,
details), linked from a Settings card. Spec updated and types
regenerated.

Tomas DvorakandDevin e127c62b0f fix(auth): close bootstrap gate hole between sign-up and user mirror
Sign-ups through the Better Auth proxy write to auth_users, but the
bootstrap gate counted users — which only mirrors on the first
authenticated call. In that window a second public registration was
accepted on both the proxied sign-up and the native register endpoint.

countLocalUsers now unions users with auth_users (guarded by
to_regclass so backend-only installs still work), and handleRegister
uses it instead of its own inline count.

e2e-verified on a live stack: users=0/auth_users=1 already reports
mode=login and 403s both public paths; internal-token bypass works,
wrong token refused, authed POST /users creates users (201), and the
users mirror still populates on first authenticated call.

Tomas DvorakandDevin 1d5b99e1ba feat(service): variables editor with masked-secret preservation
PUT /services/{id}/variables replaced every row, and GET masks secrets as
******** — echoing the fetched list back would have overwritten real
secrets with asterisks. The backend now keeps the stored value when a
submitted secret still carries the mask.

Service detail gains a Variables section: add/edit/remove rows, secret
toggle, bulk .env paste (comments, export prefix, quoted values), and
inline validation for empty/invalid/duplicate keys. Parser and validator
live in variable-utils.ts with unit coverage.

Generated OpenAPI types drive the new updateServiceVariables client call.
ROADMAP: Variables UX marked done; per-environment values are already
structural — each environment owns its service instances.

Tomas Dvorak 25703592c6 feat(git): push webhook receiver + repo connect on service create
New public POST /api/git/webhooks/🆔 verifies provider signatures
(GitHub/Gitea HMAC-SHA256, GitLab token), filters branch pushes, matches
connected repo to services by clone_url/full_name + branch, inserts
deployment rows and enqueues runDeploymentAndSync (trigger=webhook).
Service-create dialog now connects the selected provider repo and
registers a push webhook (409-tolerant via connected-repo lookup).

api-client: connectGitRepository, listConnectedGitRepositories,
createGitWebhook typed from generated schemas. GitWebhook spec schema
corrected (events array + branch field).

Tomas Dvorak 9e3aa3aa17 Consolidate backend: drop vendored APwhy, converge on goose + sqlc
Phase 0 cleanup verified end-to-end:

- Delete vendored APwhy runtime (cmd/apwhy, internal/apwhy) and the
unwired copy (internal/api/server.go + static bundle + cloned
  internal/{storage,analytics,auth,rbac}) — ~7.5k lines of dead code.
- Keep Containr's native internal/gateway; move APwhy management
routes under /api/v1/gateway/* so they stop colliding with the
native /services paths. Fix handlers against the real schema:
UUID ids via RETURNING, integer enabled flags, plan validation,
  service validate endpoint, unique-violation mapping.
- Port agents.go off GORM onto sqlc (sqlc/queries/agents.sql);
drop gorm dependencies; fix sqlc schema drift (services.environment_id).
- Replace the SELECT 1 goose baseline with the real consolidated
  schema (52 tables) minus APwhy's parallel auth/RBAC objects;
idempotent via IF NOT EXISTS / OR REPLACE / guarded DO blocks so it
replays cleanly over legacy installs. Add a drop migration for the
dead objects and delete the legacy filename-tracked migrations/
loader, directory, and Dockerfile copy. Verified via cmd/migrate:
fresh install 53 tables, legacy upgrade clean to 20260917000000.
- Canvas: add invisible React Flow handles to ServiceNode so inferred
  auto-connections stop emitting warning #008.
- Remove reactflow dep (superseded by @xyflow/react), test harness
  cmds, and legacy 0001_init.sql backups.

Tomas DvorakandDevin f2d980e384 Visual pass: inspiration-style metric cards on Usage and service detail
- Service detail strip: EnhancedMetricCard with CPU sparkline, memory
gauge, RX-rate sparkline, instance count — real telemetry or honest
empty states, seeded series only in demo mode
- Usage: host monitoring becomes CPU sparkline + memory gauge + disk
segmented-bar trio; build stats upgraded to EnhancedMetricCard with a
  real builds-per-day bar chart
- DonutChart: fix gauge geometry — arc baseline was below the viewBox,
so only a sliver rendered; also fix SegmentedBar dynamic Tailwind
  class that never compiled
- auth sidecar: trust localhost:5175 origin for the second dev server
