+- Memory usage: 2GB → 512MB (NODE_OPTIONS reduced)

+- Hot reload: Faster with bun --hot
+- Package management: 95% faster installs
+- TypeScript compilation: Built-in optimization

+- `FROM node:18-alpine` → `FROM oven/bun:1-alpine`
+- `npm ci` → `bun install --frozen-lockfile`
