chore: shrink deployed assets 640MB -> 83MB

Vercel deployment storage hit 10GB hobby cap; every deploy shipped
~640MB of unoptimized media.

- recompress portfolio JPEGs (resize <=2048px, strip, q82)
- convert 1x1 PNG mockups to WebP (136MB -> 6.3MB)
- drop duplicated portfolio/videos+reels (identical to assets/video)
- recompress mp4s (crf 26, <=1920px)
- .vercelignore for *.psd source files
