test: trigger unified release workflow

This commit will test the new unified release system:
✅ Semantic versioning calculation
✅ Cross-platform builds (Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, Backend)
✅ Unified GitHub release creation
✅ All platforms on appropriate runners

Expected version: v1.0.0 (first release with features)
